TransGLYCIT is a platform technology for efficiently transglycosylating native human IgG within 3 hours. Using enzymatic remodeling, it enables the transglycosylation of N-linked glycans in the Fc region of antibodies, resulting in a robust workflow that allows for the preparation of antibody products with specific glycoforms.
